Catch up

Ok so alot has been happening since we got back from Disneyland. We have all been sick again. My voice is playing tricks again, but not that bad. And hopefully it will not get any worse! Doreen is not feeling great but I think it is because she pushed herself too hard for the last couple of days. Mom is feeling better but she still has a really bad cough!

London feeding her new baby.
So we have not really done that much since we have been back. We did go to Shannon and Kevin's house Christmas Day for breakfast and watched the girls open presents! That was awesome experience. Never seen children open presents before! Then Christmas night we went to my Uncles girlfriends house for dinner. It was awesome but very long. I was tired and I wanted to go to bed so that I could get up and go shopping! So that leads into the day after Christmas, me and Doreen got up at 6am and went shopping we finally got home and everything put away at around 6pm, we had a lot of fun and got alot of fun stuff.
The other exciting news that I can now tell is that I am going to see Bon Jovi in April. My boss bought me one ticket and I bought the other ticket so that my best friend in Arizona (Beth) could come with me. The only thing she has to do is get here. She has a place to stay and I will feed her and pick her up and take her to the airport! I am very excited. I called her on Christmas and told her, she sounded very excited so I hope that she is and it all works out! I am really looking forward to her coming and visiting.
Other than that nothing really is going on we are staying in for New Years. I managed to get a 4 day weekend so I am going to do some cleaning and packing and relaxing. Hope that everyone has a happy and healthy New Year:)

Hoopla

My friend Beth tagged me. So, here are 12 random things about me that relate to Christmas:

1. I love baking Christmas goodies. This year I did not get to do this because we were on vacation and it is killing me so I just might have to do it after Christmas and the people at work will just have to deal with it:)

2. I LOVE Christmas decorations mostly outside but inside also. I have not had a decorated house in about 4 years now just had alot going on for whatever reasons and I miss the decorations.

3. I look forward to going and looking at Christmas lights we always go out and get Starbucks and drive around for about an hour or so looking at lights.

4. I love Christmas music. I love to sing it and list to it:) Right there with ya on this one Beth! My coworkers can not wait tell Christmas is over:(

5. I love shopping for my family and friends. I shop all year around and get last minute things at Christmas but I love getting things specially for my newphews very fun to shop for kids!

9. I love receiving boxes from friends that live miles and miles away:)

10. I like Christmas clothing. Special PJ's.

11. I love peppermint white mochas at Christmas time only. It is just something special, that I look forward too.

12. I love watching Christmas through the eyes of my children. We were driving somewhere the other night and I was pointing out Christmas lights to Collin. He told me that he was just so excited. It was so cute to hear him say that!!So, there you have it. I would have to agree with you on this Beth even though I do not have children I can only imagine that this is what IT is ALL about:)

Home

ok so we are home:) It was a wonderful trip we all had a great time. Mom is sick but I think that she just got a cold and is extremely tired. She is really not use to doing that much and being that active. Doreen did good but she got really tired also specially toward the end of the trip. Me I am fine, tired but ok. It was a wonderful get away and had a lot of fun on the way down to Disneyland as well as in Disneyland.

I will post several pictures within the next couple of days and let you all know what they are and the experience that went with them. This first one is It's a Small World all in lights for Christmas it was an amazing sight! I can not even explain how beautiful it was the lights on it were so bright.

This is the castle all lit up with Christmas lights it looks like there is ice on it. Wonderful sight again.

This is the Christmas tree that is on Main Street. It is huge and real. The only fact I remember is that the star on top which I cut off is 4 feet hight itself. All real ornimants. It is an awesome sight.
