Making Halloween Snacks for Work Party

So yesterday Sunday we went out to brunch with a friend then came home and started getting the things I could get ready for my Halloween Pot Luck at work. So these were suppose to be witches, the key word here is suppose to:) They are marshmellows and pretzels sticks and in the book I thought they were so cute. Not so easy to make!

Rice Krispy Pumpkins. Much easier and fun to make. Me mom and Doreen had fun doing all of it but I have to say that it would have been funnier if mom had a little more creativity in her, which is funny since she use to but for some reason yesterday she just kept saying really weird stuff!

So anyways we had a great day and hope all of you did also. Tuesday we have to finish the stuff that could not be done early so I will take pictures of that and post them then.

Busy Saturday

Well today I got to stay home:) Did I get to rest you ask? Well sort of. We all got woken up at 7:30 AM because the power went off, and for those of you that do not know my sister wears oxygen 24/7 and she can not lay or sleep without it for sure. Also my mom has sleep apnea and wears a machine when she sleeps and can not sleep without it. So that should explain why we all got up. It was only out for about 35 min. Then we got up cooked breakfast and my day started.

First I cleaned the corner of the front room that is mine that had a pile that was huge, and it still had the bag of stuff that I bought when I was in AZ 2 weeks ago sitting there waiting to be put away. That took me at least an hour.

Then to the real fun stuff, bathing my 2 cats. Then vaccuming the whole house, doing dishes and helping my sister make lunch. Then sitting back done for awhile and cutting out some plastic canvas train holders, that I sold at the craft fair me and Doreen did last weekend. Then I took the stuff out of my spare rooms closet so that my mom could use the whole closet. So I tried on a bunch of stuff to my amazement some of it was very old and fit again and some was just too old and need to be gotten rid of, so I did.

After all that I went to my moms house and took 2 boxes that we had packed over there to store and then got her mail and paper, came back home and ate dinner and did dishes again. Now I am off to bed because I am really sore and tired 9:34PM.

Ok so I do not like complaining or want sympathy for doing so much on my day off as much as I am going to praise myself because I got alot done that needed to be done.

Tomorrow we are going to start preping the stuff I am making for our Halloween party at work:) That should be a lot of fun. So good night and I will try and post some pictures of stuff we make tomorrow:)

Sore

Ok so I did it and It's 5:30 AM and I am not too bad yet. We even sort of kept up, with the class. It was alot of fun and Shannon and I are looking forward to next week. This class is 5 weeks long and I think I am really going to like it, I am just going to have to go get some other shoes. I was thinking that my tennis shoes would be ok, but when you slide and or spin tennis shoes do not move! The instructor is very nice and slow. I will keep you all informed as to how it works out.

It is finally Friday. I have had such a busy last couple of weeks that I can not wait tell Saturday, because supposedly I am going to get to rest and not leave the house?? I do not believe it:) I am sure at some point my sister or mom will want to leave and or go do something. Even though we are suppose to be going grocery shopping after work today. I guess at least I do not have to go to work.

Off to get coffee and face the day!

Brave

Ok so I finally went and signed up for the line dancing class that I have wanted to take for a long time. Me and our contractors wife Shannon are going to take it together. I am a little nervous that I am not going to be able to keep up and or do it but we shall see. I will let you know how it goes.

I am at work and really do not feel like working! I need to figure out how to upload pictures.

Finally

Hello All I have finally figured out how to do this maybe??? Not really sure yet I had to start all over, and recreate another spot so I am not sure how this is going to work. I am at work and not really suppose to be doing this right now but wanted to post something to see if it works.
